The cottage is charming, quaint, exceptionally well kept and has everything you would need for a perfect couple of nights away. The bed is comfortable, bathroom facilities clean and adequate and the kitchenette has it all. The outside patio is quaint and peaceful, with a nice piece of lawn to sit or lie on. Braai facilities, while maybe a little detached from the areas one would sit, were clean and adequately stocked with wood and braai utensils. Extra wood was easily available at R50 a crate (at the time of writing) The fire pool is small but more than adequate for amount of guests the cottage hosts, which is 2.

Nestled in the Tulbagh Valley, Reflections Guest Farm is set on a 70 hectare farm with a dam and views of the Saronsberg mountain range. The property offers bass fishing opportunities.

The Boathouse is really beautiful, set on a tranquil dam. Although it is on a working farm it is completely private and peaceful. The complementary olive tasting was delightful. All the staff we encountered were lovely. Including Oliver and Rena (the two dogs) who accompanied us on walks leading the way. The boathouse is truly a special place, we were sorry to leave.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property! The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views and the added bonus of zebras and springboks roaming freely close to the house. It really made the experience feel special and unique. The house itself was perfect, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool, just a short walk away, was a fantastic bonus for the kids. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, with quick responses and an easy self check-in and check-out process. Overall, it was a truly peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

The bungalow was perfect- beautifully situated, flooded with light and set up for all weathers. You can sit outside with morning coffee, have sundowners in the spa bath, jump in the plunge pool in hot weather or make a fire when it’s cold. Comfortable and uniquely located cottage in the mountains of a private nature reserve. Ideal for two couples as it contains two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautifully furnished with lots of art, complete kitchen, wonderful balcony all around the cottage with precious views on the valley and surrounding mountains. Splash pool is an asset. The owner was very helpful and communicated well.
