We choose to spend the first days of the New Year here due to the excellent facilities it offers. Our first impression was very positive, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to enjoy. We decided to spend part of our day at the SPA, where one facility stood out in particular: the massages, which provided us with an unparalleled sense of relaxation.

The room was spacious and super comfortable . Staff were really friendly and always helpful. The location is also excellent, within 5 minutes you can reach the beach or the city center. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Arsenal in Ksamil. The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful views. The pizza was delicious! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying there for anyone visiting Ksamil.

From the first day we arrived to the last, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt truly comfortable and at home. It was our first time in Ksamil and they gave us detailed information about things to do and places to go every day and were very helpful. The rooms were spotless clean, and the hotel was within walking distance of almost everything. We were able to walk to many restaurants and famous beaches. If we come again, this is where we'll stay! I'm not exaggerating!!

We fall in love with this place directly after opening the room: view, space, furniture and renovation quality. Every time we were traveling around the area, after coming back we felt like coming to our paradise. The hotel is located close to Vlorä and to other iconic beaches and has its own stairs beach access. In addition, the beach is located directly next to the pool bar which offers amazing selection of cocktails. There are several restaurants in the area but don’t miss the dinner directly at the hotel. We tried almost everything around and it was really the richest, delicious and sophisticated taste we have found!
