We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Great and courteous staff, modern facilities (would never have believed that the hotel is almost 11 years old) and most of all our dog loved it. It's not always easy to please our Austin. HIRSCHEN DORNBIRN, the boutique-style hotel, is located in the suburb of Haselstauden, centrally located near buses and trains. Public transport is free during your stay. We were surprised how beautiful this hotel was! Rooms are unique and stylish with lots of character. Very cozy bed, and nice touches like robes and slippers. Staff was very friendly. Free parking. Great value.
