The food – I’m truly at a loss for words. Every day offered such a wide variety that I didn’t know where to begin. Everything was fresh, delicious, and presented with great care. I was particularly impressed by Mrs. Beleva in the restaurant – exceptionally attentive, kind, and always in a cheerful mood. Thanks to her, we felt like special guests. The pools are not only large – they are beautifully arranged, surrounded by palm trees and greenery, creating an almost Caribbean, exotic vibe. As I lay on the sunbed, I thought to myself: “This is exactly the kind of holiday I’ve been dreaming of.” The staff is truly outstanding – polite, considerate, and always ready to assist. Their smiles were the best part of every morning. If you are looking for a place to escape the stress, to feel the warmth of the sun, the beauty of the sea, and genuine hospitality – this is the place.

It is new, it is super clean, the Rooms are big and spacious, we had a big balcony and view to the pool and sea.

ROOM: spacious, spotless clean, balcony, efficient WiFi, beautiful carpet colour and pattern, two large beds put together next to each other. BATHROOM: large shower with hotel shampoo and soap 2 in 1, spacious bathroom, just 1 hanger, no holders for personal soap in the shower. BREAKFAST AND ALL INCLUSIVE MEALS: amazing, one of the best we ever had, everyday different options, cake like you can order for birthday available everyday + other sweets, lots of regional cuisine dishes, few pizza types straight from the pizza oven, even ice cream - no need to eat outside hotel at all. PERSONNEL: Front Desk Manager very customer orientated, helped in everything we asked beyond standard options; other receptionists and bellboys very nice and helpful, following the procedures. ENTERTAINMENT: dance shows every day, staff tried to involve guests in different types of activities every day. Everywhere spotless clean. STRONG 4 STARS because this Hotels deserves 5 STARS!!! P.S. I saw no children which I liked:)

Featuring pool with a view, Beachfront Apartments by Marty's is located on the beachfront in Sunny Beach. The view is amazing, great terrace. The staff are very helpful and really nice lady at reception. The bed was very comfy. Shower HEAD nice. Dual socket USB charging extension very useful to people from the UK. Location is good maybe 15/20 minute walk to the main nightlife area. Felt very safe. Door system with passcodes very good. Close to shops

My check-in was after the midnight. The staff organized the check-in process by the way it took less a minute. A special thanks for a drink water wait us in the room. So simple thing heats our soul!
