Great accommodation in an Excellent location, in forested area beside the lagoon. It had all the needed facilities and was clean, functional, comfortable and easy to settle in. The check-in process was smooth and easy and the hostess was very warm and welcoming with all needed instructions for the stay. Highly recommended.

Located in Valdivia, Hotel Boutique Cutipay offers 4-star accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. The hotel also provides free WiFi and free private parking. We loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer than 2 nights. Location is on lake with about a 15 minute drive to down town. Several restaurants are nearby with one a two minute walk. Absolutely beautiful views of the lake whether from the guest room, breakfast area or outdoor sitting area. Rooms are very tastefully done and we enjoyed the owners artwork throughout the property. Breakfasts were great and hosts were very helpful. We will be back.

Perfect central location for exploring Huilo Huilo. Gary our host was perfect and explained the property and its equipment very well on arrival and during our stay answered any questions we had. Kitchen well equipped, shower lovely and hot. Useful washing line outside to dry off clothes after rafting and walking under waterfalls. Thank you Gary!
