Find the concierge Willi, always a smile, very kind, particularly eager and helpful, he saved us with the VPN that he installed on our mobiles.

The hotel was extremely well decorated while also being highly functional. Staff were incredibly helpful. Excellent Breakfast options too. Bit of a walk for parking which was covered by the hotel too but they also organised a trolley for moving luggage etc to and back so can't complain especially considering how centrally it is located within the city.
