We want to express our great gratitude to the hotel and all its employees for the prompt resolution of any questions and suggestions to improve our rest. Delicious food, friendly people around, very fast laundry service. Staff around was surprisingly helpful (during our entire stay we did not meet anyone who would not help us solve any issue), who try to help with the help of telephone interpreters, even if they do not understand you. Separately, we would like to mention our supervisor Johnson - the only employee in the hotel who ideally understood us and communicated with us in fluent English. Most of our issues were solved with his help on any day, even late at night or on those days when he had days off.

Situated in Shanghai and with Shanghai Disneyland reachable within 24 km, Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Airport, an IHG Hotel features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a... Absolutely fantastic place. I have had to catch flights early in the morning or late in the evening multiple times at Shanghai Pudong airport and I always had to stay at a hotel which is not located in the airport itself. To my surprise, I decided to give it a go at the Holiday Inn and I was blown away by this hotel. It's conveniently located between terminal 1 and 2, so no need to exit the airport. The facilities are brand new, the hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are huge and they even let you "park" your trolley outside the room so you don't have to drag your luggage around when you have to catch your flight. The staff were super helpful and I was very impressed by this new hotel. I have stayed in more hotels in China than I can count and I will definitely stay here again.

Five-Star Experience with Exceptional Service Our stay exceeded all expectations, earning a well-deserved five-star rating. The customer support team was outstanding - highly responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit. The apartments themselves are excellent, offering significantly more space and amenities than traditional hotel rooms. Some need a bit of updating, but still beat a lot of 3-4 star hotels I stayed in in China or EU/US. The location is unbeatable, situated just a 5-minute walk from Nanjing Lu and the metro station, making exploration of the city effortless. While the entrance to the apartment complex may differ from Western standards, the entry is very easy once they show you and the security measures are exemplary. The property benefits from security personnel and its location on a bustling street adds an extra layer of safety and convenience. I highly recommend utilizing their airport pickup service. The value is excellent, particularly for groups or travelers with multiple pieces of luggage. This service sets the tone for the exceptional hospitality that defines the entire stay.

Set next to the Huangpu River, The New Bund International Business District, as known as the “Golden Boot,” offers everything you’d expect from a modern urban setting, from first-class office... The location is very convenient and can order take-away. The inner decoration is exceptional and the room is very baby friendly. Staff are really nice and kind.

Set in Shanghai and within 400 metres of Jin Mao Tower, J Hotel, Shanghai Tower - Above All Else, Overlooking the Bund features a bar, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. The J Hotel Shanghai Tower delivers a truly elevated experience, both literally and figuratively. My upgraded Stateroom was a showcase of refined modern luxury, with a glossy dark floor, cream and gold accents, a superbly comfortable bed, and an elegant bathroom featuring a marble-bench rain shower and sculptural bathtub. Every detail was thoughtfully considered – from the Nespresso machine and premium minibar to whisper-quiet climate control and fully electronic curtains and lighting. The views over the Huangpu River and Shanghai’s skyline, especially by day, were simply breathtaking. Breakfast was outstanding, combining a refined buffet with à la carte options, fresh berries, multiple nut varieties, unsweetened yoghurt, and exceptional service. Staff throughout the stay were attentive without intrusion, anticipating needs before they were voiced. The bar offered spectacular river views, superb cocktails, and a refined atmosphere once the live music began. A takeaway breakfast box prepared for my early departure was beautifully presented and freshly made – a wonderful gesture.

The facilities in the room is much better than I expected. It is even more comfort than a famous 5-start hotel nearby.

There are 2 dining options on site. There is a signature Japanese restaurant YONE on the 27th floor and a brasserie style all-day dining restaurant Shanghai Tavern, 3 lounge bars and 2 rooftop bars. Beautifully decorated! Very stylish but welcoming and warm.
