It’s a very conveniently located hotel near the Beixinjing station on Line 2 of Shanghai Metro. You can hop onto it from either Pudong or Hongqiao airports. It’s a great property where evening strolls can be taken and also some nice restaurants within walkable distance. Staff are extremely responsive. Mr. Johnson was especially very proactive. He takes personal care of guests giving them some insights about the city and also the facilities. I will be back in Shanghai and will definitely be staying here.

Such a cool hotel. Everything was superb - the fragrance, the room, the service, breakfast, location.

The staff here was absolutely wonderful! I will return because of the service from the staff. They were patient and helpful. I had to communicate with a translator because I am not a Chinese speaker and everyone was always willing to figure out my needs. They were so nice to my children and thoughtful about them. My son got hurt and they did everything to make him feel better. Breakfast was ok and had something different each day. I enjoyed the noodle bar and my kids loved the selection of fresh vegetables and fruit as well as the candy bar! The hotel restaurant is also pretty good. The hotel is perfect for Disney. It is very far away from museums, aquarium, airport and train station.
