The Four Seasons Hotel in Shenzhen is my top choice every time I visit the Shenzhen Convention Center. Its location is incredibly convenient, and I can easily walk there. All the rooms are very spacious, especially this time, when the hotel staff upgraded me to a room with a complete study. For someone traveling alone like me, I felt it might be a bit too luxurious, haha! But I really loved it! Especially the next day when I returned to my room after finishing work and saw a beautiful potted orchid on the desk. I felt like my heart was melting! I really love you guys, and I’ll definitely come back next time!

Situated in the heart of Futian, Shenzhen’s commercial and retail hub, The Langham, Shenzhen conveys time-honoured traditions and luxury in the modern city. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great! Lots of delicious and fresh options. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the turn down service in the evening as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very impressed by the hotel's excellent service, comfortable room and great facilities. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Staff were highly professional and friendly. I’ve been working in China for over 25 years, and for the past 15, I’ve made it a habit to stay in the Shangri-La hotels chain — mainly for the consistency and predictability. But this hotel truly stands out. It’s not just good — in my opinion, it’s the best I’ve stayed in. With a bit of humour, I’d say the CEO of this hotel probably has the easiest job in the world, because the staff does it all. From reception to housekeeping, from room service to concierge, the "Horizon" Lounge team - every single person I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay comfortable. What impressed me most is that this wasn’t a one-time fluke. I’ve returned to this hotel several times over the past few years, and each visit reaffirmed my impression: the quality of service is consistently outstanding. The rooms are spotless, the beds comfortable, and everything works, which, for frequent travellers, is priceless. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like coming back, not just because it’s convenient, but because it feels like a home away from home—highly recommended.
