I'm not used to hyperboles, but this may pretty much be the best place I've ever been, quality-price ratio. The building is cool, the room is huge, spotless, full of natural light and with a lovely view. The bathroom is great. And the location, wow, couldn't ask for more, just on the main square, close to everything I need, including the riverside to walk or run and a great night market that personally prefer nth times more than the famous one on the other side of the river. The host is amazing, always ready to help, he does a free pick-up from the airport or tran station, and can sell u the treat tea his uncle makes. Definitely a place I'll be nostalgic about :)

Overall my recent stay at Intercontinental Kuming is with absolute satisfactory. Especially I was very happy for the assistance by the Concierge te4am. Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. He was always very active with quick responses, willing to help and did his best. If I was asked, I would give him and his concierge team at Intercontinental Kuming the full score 10 out of 10. Séjour très agréable, personnel très serviable toujours prêt à aider, chambre belle et confortable. Hôtel situé en retrait au calme tout en étant dans le cœur historique.

The toiletries are well-stocked, and the bath amenities are from Penhaligon's. The breakfast is delicious, and the overall experience is highly recommended.

This charming boutique inn was one of the most amazing hotel stays I've ever experienced in my life. For me, it hit all the right notes. It was comfortable, modern, invigorating, great location, the village was enchanting, the hosts were extremely kind, the food was exceptional, the setting is as good as it gets, the building and courtyard had character and history, there was fresh Yunnan tea in the rooms, the views were exceptional, it was quiet and calm, and on and on... Highly recommended, I think about this place every day since I left.

L’établissement Kunming Spring City Boutique Hotel est idéalement situé dans le centre de Kunming. My room was very comfortable and modern designed with spacious bedroom. Stunning view of the city. The best room i got during my trip in China. Also the location was great i mean close to everything (metro, bus , attractions).
