The hotel is beautiful on the inside with a great location at the corner of the central plaza. Amazing breakfast!

Rancho Ventura, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Filandia, 39 km from Ukumari Zoo, 19 km from National Coffee Park, as well as 23 km from Panaca. I loved absolutely everything about Rancho Ventura! Such a beautiful place. David and Natali are amazing hosts who love to share their farm and many experiences with their guests. The room was simple but had everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the room ensuite bathroom with warm shower fine. I loved to spend some time on the observation deck or talking to the hosts. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and eggs from the farm. It doesn’t get much better than this! This is an actual farm with animals and - very friendly - dogs. It‘s less than a 20-minute drive from Filandia, the last 2km on an unpaved road that is easily manageable, even for small cars.

A recently renovated apartment set in Armenia, Arboleda Real Hospedaje features a garden. This 5-star apartment offers a 24-hour front desk and a lift. Great location and value. There is a small gym literally one block away that was great.

Set just 48 km from Ukumari Zoo, Apartamento cerca parque del Café con Piscina features accommodation in Montenegro with access to an outdoor swimming pool, an open-air bath, as well as a 24-hour... I was able to stay with my 2 big dogs(Gran Dane and labrador) without extra charge and no issues at all, the apartment has hot water, well located, good furniture and free parking. Over all was pretty awesome!

I stayed in Finca San Miguel in late February 2024 and strongly recommend it. The whole experience is very homelike and welcoming. Finca San Miguel is clearly a labor of love for the two proprietors, John & Felipe. The house, gardens, & fountains are lovingly cared for; the proprietors have created a veritable Garden of Eden. The meals are simple, fresh, and well-prepared. Meals are served alongside delicious juices, & the best hot chocolate & coffee imaginable. The rooms are very comfortable, and you’ll fall asleep to the sound of the frogs singing at night. The proprietors will help you find the famous Willy Jeeps that take you back-and-forth to Filandia and can assist in arranging local trips. This is rural tourism at its best.
