Champagne for breakfast, amazing lemonade at the entrance, very clean and high quality interiors - and - people really looking to help and cater! Ideally located in the centre of Larnaka, Mercure Larnaca Finikoudes Beach offers air-conditioned rooms, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a terrace. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods and the staff offered suggestions of local specialties to try. There is a juice / smoothie bar next door and they will even deliver to the hotel pool area. The area is very walkable, with several restaurants nearby, including a wine and tapa bar that I liked. The beach and some key tourist attractions are nearby, including the Saint Lazarus Church and Museum of Archeology that I visited. The pool area was relaxing - there is also a bar to order drinks and food. I happened to be staying at the hotel during their 1 year opening anniversary and they invited me and other guests to join in their celebration with cake and bubbles. Everyone was very friendly.

The apartment is brand new, very well and thoughfully equipped with all you might need during the stay. The self check was convenient and the host approved earlier check in which was very helpful due to a red eye flight. The apartment was on the ground floor and studio type with a comfy bed and small kitchenette and bathroom. The host was responsive and professional in his approach. Highly recommended for all wishing to stay in Livadia area of Larnaca.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, even offering us a late check-out due to our late flight, which we truly appreciated. We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. We’d love to come back!

Everything! The apartment is brand new, impeccably designed, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From modern appliances to cozy furnishings, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The kitchen is also fully equipped, made it easy to prepare meals. The location is perfect and the hosts were always replying to my questions!
