This Steigenberger hotel is situated in the heart of Luxor and provides modern accommodation with stunning views of the Nile. The spacious rooms are air conditioned and feature satellite TV. We visited for our honeymoon and had the most amazing experience. From the initial communication, we were warmly welcomed, and on the day, we received outstanding service. Everything was perfect—the view from our room, the dinner, and the hospitality. Although our stay was only for one night this time, we hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

1.7 km from Colossi of Memnon, Bedouin Lodge Luxor is a recently renovated property situated in Luxor and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. This place is a little paradise on earth. When you wake up earlier in the morning and open the door, you see the balloons flying over the Valley of Kings. The food is literally hand-picked from the field and so delicious! Some of the best I've had in Egypt, and same thing goes for the fresh juices and lemonades. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, in particular a big shout out to Karim who - without me asking - got up before me to make sure I didn't sleep through my sunrise balloon pickup. I was sceptical about being in a camp at first, but the security is very good. There are cameras, a 24h guard and I could lock my hut. All in all I absolutely adored it, and it's amazing value for money.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, river view and a patio, Luxor Rose Villa is located in Luxor. The villa is far from the noisy streets so it’s quiet at night. However it is not too far from the shops, restaurants and bars, so it’s still convenient to stay. Another perk of choosing this place is that you get to be sharing this lovely villa with a cute friendly cat. A big shout out to the host too, because he was so welcoming and friendly. We arrived late at night, but the host still waited us and helped us order delivery foods for dinner and breakfast the next day. Also, I lost my important item in one of the drawers and he found a driver to help me get it back even though I am already in Hurghada. Thanks for him, my travel in Egypt for the first time is perfect now.

With river views, this accommodation offers a balcony. 1) The Host Mostafa is exceptionally helpful, considerate, generous, caring, trustworthy & kind beyond expectation. He assisted us in planning with patience on the travel itinerary months before my arrival for my 21 days trip to tour Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada. He & his brother are always present at the property to ensure we have a comfortable stay. 2) The host speaks good english and staffs friendly, attentive and helpful. 3) The travel plan was well organized, smooth, comfortable on private tour in ab air-condition vehicle with Guide whenever we needed with high flexibility at affordable cost. Highly recommend having Full Moon House to plan if you needed one. 4) Safe place to stay. Location is good on the west bank of the Nile, less busy & within few minutes walking distance to markets, restaurants and ferry terminal to cross to East bank to Luxor Temple terminal. 3 minutes walk to the left is a chinese restaurant "Two Stories", offering good authentic chinese food & 2 minutes walk to the right is Hamada mini market which the Owner is honest selling at standard price for both local and foreigners without taking advantage. 5) We stayed 7 nights at the Penthouse unit with breathtaking View of the Nile and Across the East Bank Luxor Temple. Unit is reasonably big with all needed cooking utensils but did not really utilize the kitchenette. There is a washing machine downstairs and the staff Mohamad is very helpful, offered to wash and dry our clothes during the week without charge. 6) Do not miss out on the Sunset Felucca boat ride just outside the accomodation, Sunrise Hot Air Balloon ride on this west Bank side. All the locals we met on this side of river bank are friendly, polite even if we reject their offer for a boat ride. 7) Easy access to East bank with EGY 100 for private boat just outside accomodation, EQY 20 for foreigner on public ferry though a bit further down the road. 8) Try the local grapes and the sugar cane juice.

This historic hotel is a luxury landmark built in 1886 in distinctive authentic Victorian style. Gorgeous and historical property - extremely charming and with wonderful service. The flamingos in the garden made the whole experience dream-like. Breakfast at the Corniche was amazing.

He's an architect of the Arabic design style, and those elements are everywhere. What a beautiful space! Also, do not miss the opportunity to have dinner and breakfast added to your stay. The family does an amazing dinner cooked with wood fire underground. They allowed me to video the process, which starts hours before dinner. Truly one of the best meals of our trip in Egypt.
