Tharwat was so attentive with us and our needs and showed us the rooms so nicely it feels like the palace of a Sultan. We will go back definitely

Mustafa the host puts a lot of care into the facilities of the accommodation and towards the guests. The room was perfect and the bathroom was large. He has a shop on site. He organised an Abu Simbel trip for me and sailed me to the pick up point and then took care of arranging drop off points for another hotel I'd previously booked. He also showed me around the area and made me feel at home as I was solo travelling.

They are extremely professional and friendly at the same time. They remember me every time and i find my favourite room booked for me without even calling them. Excptional treatment from Mr. Wael and his colleagues. Very accommodating and you feel that you are surrwith friends and family members. The breakfast is tasty and chefs are serving staff are helpfull. House keeping team are doing great and silent so you will never notice there physical presence but you will see the effect.

Our reservation was promoted from a City-view room to a Nile-view room, and it was perfect to say the least. The food was amazing and the room was super clean. An absolutely stunning place.

Set within 24 km of Aga Khan Mausoleum and 200 metres of Kitchener's Island in Aswan, Kosh royal house features accommodation with seating area. This beachfront property offers access to a patio. It was super great guest house I ever stayed in Egypt before. The owner was very kind and friendly. Facility is perfect. I could cook the noodles and make tea or coffee. The toilet was super clean and hot water was also perfect to get shower. They offer one paper tissue and soap. bed cover was clean and two towels are provided. We had to take off our shoes outside, it could make room and house most clean. so I was really happy. Breakfast was also perfect. and you can eat dinner if you want to eat. it costs upper 100pound. and I think the cost will be reasonable. The location is near ferry but you can get confuse because it is different from google map. you have to go 3VRR+W5M Aswan 1 this pin. and then you can arrive very well without confuse. Totally great guest house. I absolutely recommend to all.
