The staff were very friendly and helpful — especially Nestor from the night shift who quickly fixed an air conditioner issue, and the kind lady from the morning shift (didn’t catch her name). The hotel is clean and well located if you’re traveling by car and want to visit Córdoba, Granada, Seville, etc. Free parking in front of the hotel is a big plus.

Well set in the Nervión district of Seville, Hotel AV la Florida is located 700 metres from Barrio Santa Cruz, 400 metres from Santa María La Blanca Church and 1.5 km from Plaza de España. I arrived at 10am hoping to leave my suitcase till check-in, but my room was already available and I could go into it straight away at no extra charge. Room was spacious and had a fridge, a safe, air con and a kettle with some coffee/tea. And unexpected bonus: the shampoo was unusually good for hotel shampoo!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the housekeeping lady named Marielyn — she is one of the best and most honest cleaning staff I have ever met. She was extremely clean, thorough, and trustworthy. The spa was nice and relaxing, and the location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends and I would love to stay here again in the future.

NQn Aparts & Suites Sevilla features accommodation set 100 metres from the centre of Seville and provides a rooftop pool and a terrace. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, walking distance from everything in the City. Lovely little pool on the roof top to cool down in. Froid in reception is a gentleman, so helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
