View coming up to La Vid monastery was very impressive. Easy friendly check in. Room spacious and very clean. Good food in the restaurant including the breakfast. I enjoyed being able to go for a good walk along the river straight out from the Monastery premises.

El Lagar de Isilla is an exclusive hotel, set in the winery of the same name. Aimed especially at wine lovers, it features wine-making themed décor like barrel tables. Everything- the rooms were amazing, staff were fantastic & wine was delicious!

Still zero noise due to the new double-glazed windows. Everything was more than clean and super well organised. We got an upgrade from a one bedroom tk a two bedroom apartment. We had such a tight schedule that we actually wished we had more time to rest in the apartment. Could not have been better and will definitely be our go to accommodation if we are to stay in Burgos again.

It has all the amenities I need for a rest day on the Camino. It is centrally located and quiet. Modern and tasteful apartment. The best attribute, however, is not the apartment, it is the host Inma. She is indeed a super host. Kind, considerate, super responsive and resourceful. We needed a physiotherapist for a foot problem on a Saturday and she even persuaded a physiotherapist clinic to open specially for us. I cannot thank the host enough.

This perfectly located boutique hotel was spectacular, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top!! The tour for wine and cheese headed by Beatriz was excellent. Also great wine and cheese to buy and take home! Will definitely come back as soon as possible!!
