The view was incredible, the hot tub was pre heated for us and the holiday home was packed with essential items so you don’t have to bring your own cooking equipment.

Offering a garden and quiet street view, Carron House Holiday Apartments is located in Skegness, 2.7 km from Skegness Butlins and less than 1 km from Tower Gardens. I love the whole place and I have to say Susan was a joy! From the first moment I got there to the moment I left, the whole experience at Carron House was wonderful. The room was nice, very clean, and quite comfortable. Everything was lovely about it and everyone was so thoughtful, kind and incredibly welcoming. I really could not have asked for a better place to stay, and when back in the area I will always return to Carron House. It's more than a place to stay, when you add people who care and a perfect location - it really becomes your only choice for a getaway in Skegness.

Situated just less than 1 km from Skegness Beach, Clumber House Hotel offers accommodation in Skegness with access to a bar, a shared lounge, as well as a housekeeping service. Lovely place. The owners were welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The room was cosy and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Near facilities. 10/10

Located 21 km from Lincoln University, 35 km from Clumber Park and 40 km from Eco-Power Stadium, Black Swan Guest House provides accommodation situated in Marton. Beautiful (large) Lincolnshire sausage was accompanied by a perfectly cooked poached egg, beans, toast, etc. There was also cereal availble and even kippers if I wanted them but the breakfast I ordered (you can choose what you want) was lovely. The mattress was very comfortabe and I slept like a baby because of it. I asked for an iron in advance and it was there all set up for me on my arrival and was actually the best iron I have ever used as often they are cheap poor quality ones but this did my expensive and brand new work shirt perfectly! Will be buying the same one myself next time I need a new one. Plenty of (free) parking. Everything was really really good. Credit where it's due and I told the lady on my departure that I would leave an excellent review so ... .here it is.

The Claremont, a property with a garden, is set in Woodhall Spa, 34 km from Lincoln University, 45 km from Skegness Butlins, as well as 28 km from Somerton Castle. The room was large and comfortable and faced onto the road. The bed and bedding were luxuriously first class. Also, the en suite was bright and spacious. The breakfast room offered a selection of items, from light fare to a full English breakfast.The proprietor, Martin, was welcoming and friendly, and Lilly who assisted was equally so. And I had the option of not having the room attended to on a daily basis.

Very clean, very friendly attentive staff, exceptional restaurant menu including breakfast and very well cocked and presented. Large carpark. Highly recommended A+++++

A short walk from Woodhall Spa Golf Club and the Kinema in the Woods, The Dower House Hotel provides luxurious rooms with free parking and Wi-Fi. The Breakfast was superb, the staff could not do enough for you. Loved my stay.

Located in Gainsborough, 31 km from Lincoln University, Hickman Hill Hotel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Comfortable rooms with lovely linens. The gardens are a wonderful place to sit and relax. The food was superb, braised beef wrapped in prosciutto (it works) for one of us, duck done two ways for another, excellent sides, good wine choices available. One cannot ask for more.
