We requested a change for our room before our stay, and the hotel agreed to swap rooms, even though the one that we requested was a little bit more expensive. That shows that the mentality of the hotel administration was customer-oriented and satisfaction-based. Thank you very much for everything to all! The location of the hotel is amazing. Next to an incredible sea, daily cleaned, super clean rooms, high-performance air conditioners, a very tasty breakfast, and tasty meals from the bar, towels for the beach, extremely friendly staff, Starlink fast internet, easy check-in, and check-out. Very close parking lot, which has shades for cars and an entrance guard door with a card. As a family, it was super easy for us to schedule our day since our little son was 1,5 years old and we needed to go back and forth from the beach during the day. But must say there is no supermarket nearby within short walking distance, so a car can be very useful, which we have. The bees had started using the beach as their home after the forest fires, and it was a bit hassle on the beach while a couple of bees flew around us all the time. Due to the bees, the kids were swinging their arms all the time to be able to create a safe area for themselves, so we had to order our meals to our room during the holiday. And the staff were extremely helpful in bringing them to us.

The owner Antonis is so kind and solution oriented, and his grandmother's hand made marmeladas and bakery was something very delicious and thoughtful. We liked everything, location, room, facilities, amenities, complimentary coffee and snacks, complimentary wine and breakfast products in the fridge... What else can I say... Rooms are so comfortable with a little kitchen, comfy beds, a sofa in a different room for two, a porch by the garden, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner and everything. Long story short we were very pleased and it's our no 1 palace to stay in Chios.

The room was very clean and comfortable. All the items one may need was present (a big fridge, smart tv etc.). But the best part was people who were working there.
