Amalia Olympia is located in the entrance of Ancient Olympia. Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, it features an outdoor pool, restaurant and spacious lounges and a bar with fireplace. A big old hotel that performs perfectly! I say old because you can find many details from older hotels there is a telephone in the bathroom....This doesn't ruin your stay it just makes you laugh. They had the most comfortable (a pretty ) robes. The reception was friendly and helpful and very efficient. We got a free upgrade without even asking for it. We received a full size bottle of wine complimentary, and we only stayed one night! We didn't try the buffet dinner, but the breakfast buffet had great variety. You could tell by the very polite and professional staff that we met at breakfast ,cleaning the rooms ... that this hotel is run well and their staff takes pride in their work.

Property was clean and well maintained. Onsite restaurant was fine dining, and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Located less than kilometer from archeological site and museum. The view is perfect. We really liked the staff, everybody was so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. Some really nice restaurants are close and the beach is also not far. We would love to come again, unfortunately we stayed just one night.
