The use of exceptional quality produce, sourced locally and prepared with bold creativity, resulted in dishes that were both innovative and emotionally connected to the territory. The quality of the ingredients, the creativity of the dishes, and the flawless guest experience were all at a Michelin-star level. The young and passionate team truly impressed us, with a sous-chef whose talent and dedication shine through in every plate.
