Rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-appointed - we loved the long bay window couch. Swimming pool was a great place to relax. The area around the hotel offers easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, spas. It was easy to get a Grab when we wanted to go someplace further. But the best part of the stay had to be the staff. All of them - from the receptionists to the waiters to the staff in the lobby - were excellent, unfailingly helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast service was very prompt and thoughtful - when the staff saw our baby making a mess they were quickly on hand to help us.

The frontdesk, hotel lobby and security staff were very polite and helpful. Our rooms are cleaned and tidy daily without fail by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast had many varieties. Waiters and waitresses were polite and helpful.

Holiday Inn Resort Batam offers spacious suites, just 25 minutes by car from Hang Nadim Airport. Very comfortable & caters for your every need. Excellent breakfasts with plenty of variety & choices. Great having a free curtesy van ,to the Grand Batam shopping mall, every day. Staff very nice & obliging.
