The property was beautiful, the surroundings wonderful, excellently designed, the rooms very spacious with a stunning sea view, and the staff – I have never met kinder and more helpful people.

We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!

Kudos to Cassia as they also run a turtle rescue program and have a nursery on the premises. Excellent initiative!. The beach has still a reef nearby, with many fishes minding their own business down there. Beautiful!

We especially loved the big pool, and the picturesque beach with many hammocks and spots to rest. The service is great and super-friendly. We also recommend paying a visit to Kelong restaurant - excellent food and views. In the forest we could spot many animals, even wild monkeys.

It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.
