We felt very comfortable during our 4 day stay. The room on the first floor was great, clean and spacious with lovely balcony with the pool view. We had marvellous 4 days in Ubud thank to Sapodilla team! They are the best. The everyday shuttles to the Ubud centre were very convenient. We had an accident during our stay and needed a doctor. Team coordinated everything smoothly, they called the doctor before we got there and within 5minutes we were already taken care of medical staff.

It looks like a resort. People are so nice there. They always try to connect with everyone and make them comfortable. Staff provide exceptional service, premises were so clean including toilets. One staff especially Shree ( I am not sure whether it is right name :D ), she was so friendly with everyone and make everyone feels like home. They also have daily activities which are so good. I will recommend this stay especially for solo travelers
