Brennan Court Guest Accommodation is located on the grounds of the University of Limerick. The property It was clean, warm, and in a quiet neighborhood, you could hear the river nearby from the room. The staff was very polite and their hospitality was in a high level. We arrived at the property before the check in time and they let us to check in and go inside the room.

We loved everything about our stay. It was the perfect historical setting. The grounds were so beautiful to walk, watch the swans, or sit at the big window (if raining) and enjoy the gardens. It’s still close enough to town to see the sites or take a tour then return to a relaxing home. Sharing a house and meeting other travelers was a bonus. Most of all, we enjoyed our evening with the host (Mark) and his son (Harry) sharing stories. We highly recommend staying at the Shannon River House.

The weather was cold and rainy, so we ate in premises for lunch and dinner, and these were two of our favorite dining meals of the entire trip! Limerick was not a planned stop. Kilmurry Lodge Hotel is a family run hotel, ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the University of Limerick and the National Technological Park, Castletroy. The personnel are very kind and helpful and the place feels nice and cozy, I will consider it as an option for my next trip.
