Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Watching the Northern Lights all night through the big room window with the mountains in the background was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Found 23 km east of Snæfellsnes National Park, this hotel offers bright, modern rooms with private bathrooms. WiFi and parking are free. Snæfellsjökull Volcano is within 20 minutes’ drive. The most amazing view I have ever experienced in a hotel. We had a corner room with a view of the sea from 2 sides. It was incredible. Location is spectacular. Very peaceful and extremely remote. The hotel was comfortable, the room was spacious and uniquely oldy -worldy with monogrammed towels and luxurious bathrobes. It wasn’t cheap, but it was well worth it.
