We felt welcome and cared for by great staff. Having tea and biscuits available all day was a lovely bonus. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.

You have the mountain with a waterfall and green pastures for the cute sheeps as your backyard. Then you have the beach at the front. So so so perfect. Host - very quick to response and informative.Wish we could've met her. Guesthouse - everything you'll need is provided(very thoughtful of the owner). There's 2 spacious lounge areas. Same with the Kitchen and dining areas. Plenty of bathrooms in the house. Much needed especially if all the rooms are occupied. Very tidy and clean. Our room - Spacious and clean. Can not fault it. Wifi - excellent! We truly enjoyed our stay in this guesthouse. Hopefully we can come back again.

Charging of vehicles!!!! (40kwh, but still). We came late in the evening and received an upgraded room. Slept well and had a good breakfast in the morning. It was the second time that we used this hotel service. Definitely will come back. Great location!

Inauguré en juin 2013, le Fosshotel Westfjords vous accueille sur la côte de Patreksfjörður, village de pêcheurs de la péninsule du Vestfirðir, en Islande. The room was really clean and the shower was roomy. Bed was so comfortable. Had a fridge which is a nice bonus on a road trip with perishable items. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great....it had all the things. The staff at the front desk were sincerely friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and cozy, and the staff was more than welcoming to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location to the hotel will lead you on a scenic drive and it’s very close to scenic viewpoints like Latrabjarg cliffs. Would definitely come back again.

The host, Raggi, was wonderful, helpful with information and tips to do in the town and nearby erea. Raggi recomended for us to go to the top of Bolafjall and wowwww, what an experience and view! Location of the place was excellent, short walking distance to the swimming pool and everything else in town.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Good assortment of snacks and drinks. Great collection of vintage furniture in an open welcoming space. For those who see beauty in the ordinary, or in this case, extraordinarily we appreciated everything the vocal performance of the hallway rug to the loon calls outside our window. That said we might suggest some earplugs to drown out the sounds of sweet dreams from your neighbors. Overall unique and charming, we had fun. Absolutely will be staying again.
