Excellent hotel in Florence! The location is great – in the embassy district, which feels very safe and comfortable for walking around, and only about 10–15 minutes from the historic center (Santa Maria del Fiore). The hotel itself is stylish and beautifully designed – I especially liked the color scheme of the interiors. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop terrace, which is a lovely bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options, and there’s also a bar available. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Our room was very comfortable. Normally I don’t like climate control systems because they work too strongly, but here the temperature was perfectly balanced. The bathroom was spotless, and the guest cosmetics were of great quality. Overall, a fantastic combination of quality, location, and price. Highly recommend this hotel!

フィレンツェの中心部にあるHotel Calimala Florenceはフィットネスセンター、テラス、バーを提供しており、ヴェッキオ宮殿まで徒歩13分です。4つ星のホテルで、無料WiFi、24時間対応のフロント、コンシェルジュサービスを提供しています。一部のお部屋には市街の景色を望むバルコニーがあります。 Hotel Calimala... this hotel was a real surprise - we didn't find it by a recommendation but simply from booking suggestions per location, and the photos looked great so we decided to cancel a booking we had in another hotel because this seemed a better choice, and we were a bit concerned because you can never know.... it turned out more than prefect!! first of all the location is the most center you can hope for - in the middle of the old city of florence, walking distance from everything. and the hotel.... wow!!! everyone of the staff members, from the receptions, to the bartenders, to the bellboy and the manager were just so nice and helpful. they helped me make an amazing surprise for my husbands birthday, and they added a surprise of their own for us waiting in the room. we got a room in the 4th floor, facing the street view, a really large and bright room, with amazing huge bed, quality bed sheets, comfy armchairs, there was room for everything, large windows, and really large amazing bathroom. really we could not expect more. they helped us with information about exhibitions and recommended attractions, they made reservations for us for dinner and lunch, and the breakfast coffee and croissant were delicious and free of charge. the hotel is decorated with beautiful art by Carmel Ilan, a well known Israeli Artist which I'm a fan of for many years now, and I only found out about it when we arrived. as an interior designer this was an inspiring experience and I would definitely come back to this fantastic hotel.

Boasting a shared lounge, The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa is set in Florence, a 10-minute walk from Fortezza da Basso and 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. とにかく全てが大満足です！まずお部屋は広く大きいスーツケースを2つ開いていても問題ないスペースがあり、インテリアは白を基調として清潔感があり清掃も行き届いてました。鏡も大きく身支度にも便利です。そして朝食ブュッフェは選択肢も豊富で味も美味しかったです。 あと、何よりもスタッフの方々が最高です！拙い英語でいくつかの要望をしたのですが全て親切に応えてくださりました。 フィレンツェを出発する日にお部屋に忘れ物をしてしまったのですがすぐに連絡してくれて、私たちの次の目的地であるローマの滞在先に届くよう素早く手配してくださいました。無事ローマで荷物を受け取れて安心した気持ちで旅行を終えられたのは、The Moon Hotelのスタッフの方々のおかげだと思ってます。フィレンツェの観光地からは少し離れた場所ですが、フィレンツェで快適に過ごしたい方には心からおすすめです！
