The property is located in the north side of the lake which is 20 minutes drive to Menaggio. It’s very calm and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very standard. The pool is very beautiful with a view over the lake. There are many private parking places at the hotel. The staff are super charming and warm it feels right at home.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The cleanliness of the entire property was truly impressive, and the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout my visit. I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel director (Mr. Francesco) for the warm welcome extended to my family. I greatly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, the late checkout until 2 PM—which was very convenient for my late flight—and the personal assistance in guiding us to our room while explaining all the room’s features and amenities. This thoughtful hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Nice view of the lake and probably the best value for money on Como lake in my opinion. The hotel is practically new and everything is just as expected: clean, comfy and cozy. Considering that the building is more than 300 years old I love how they kept many interior details untouched. Regardless of everything inside being high-tech and modern equipped, you get the vibe of the late baroque or early renaissance that come from these details. The location is perfect, there are bars and restaurants around the hotel and across the street by the lake. Also there is city of Lecco, which is a big enough city to get you anything you might left back home before your trip. And than there is Andrea, the manager of the hotel that I can't thank enough for making our stay as best as possible. We might have been high-maintenance guests at a few moments, but he fixed our “touristy challenges” like a pro :) For the last part, the one thing that will stay rooted in memories was the piano that plays music by itself. If you stay there, you should hear and see that thing playing. It's an experience for itself.

The view from the Stripes room, for example, overlooking the Duomo, is simply breathtaking and it is a masterpiece of design, full of captivating details that guests can admire throughout their stay. Despite being located directly on the Piazza, the rooms are incredibly well insulated, ensuring a peaceful and restful environment. The service is top, with staff members being exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive. Communication during our stay, even via WhatsApp was prompt and efficient. The small reception team offers a warm and welcoming experience, adding a personal touch to the stay. Other highlights include the spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms, featuring amenities like large rain showers. The hotel combines outstanding style, functionality, and location, making it a perfect choice for a city break. It’s clear that a lot of love and effort has gone into making this hotel stand out, and it lives up to its name as a true luxury suite experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Como and will undoubtedly stay at Aurum Como Luxury Suites again.
