Half Moon truly exceeded all our expectations, and we can't wait to return to this Jamaican gem!

Found this place to be a very nice, surrounding was clean and the staff was polite especially Miss Jackie very pleasing and helpful. I’d firstly like to start of by saying that the hotel resort is absolutely stunning and is taken care of on a daily basis to a very good standard, whilst walking around one night I saw a pool of vomit on the ground ( courtesy of the unlimited cocktails) and by the time I got up for breakfast the next morning, all traces of it were gone! The cleaning staff and grounds maintenance team were on point! The hotel had a range of different cuisines which was nice and the fact that one food place was open until very late was a great touch for those of us who were hungry after coming out of the onsite nightclub. The staff were mostly really friendly and very approachable, I would get several ‘ good morning’ and ‘good afternoon’ when walking around the hotel, which gave the atmosphere a real sense of home and familiarity. The management team were great, curtious and accommodating, I would especially like to give a shout out to Shanardo Weston, the Guest Service Manager, who went out of his way to ensure that my concerns were heard and promptly addressed. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and how it ran, minor issues arouse but I was extremely satisfied with how professionally they were handled. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

The People of Jamaica are SO warm, welcoming, and loving. They truly epitomize ONE LOVE and I am grateful. I'm still glowing from the care and hospitality I was fortunate enough to experience, as well as from my island tan. The food at Hotel Reggae was the best! I'm so in love with the sawfish and/or veggie fritters, Best on the island! It's best not to believe what is said about Jamaica, experiencing Jamaica for yourself is better, for sure! Like I said to one Jamaica mon, "if they lie about Indigenous people, you know they're going to lie about your people". Go feel the LOVE for yourself, believe me! A huge Canadian THANK YOU to the hard working staff at the Riu Reggae! Can't wait to come back!

Located within 2.6 km of Doctor's Cave Beach and 35 km of Luminous Lagoon, Bella Vista Vacation provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Montego Bay. Staff very friendly and even got myself a good link for a driver who was very nice to my next destination for a reasonable price no disturbance was very peaceful and calm an ideal location especially after a long flight

I liked that the front of house staff were so polite and willing to accommodate me. Kimesha and Vickie at the front ask were amazing. I can’t fault our interactions and how helpful they were. I liked that I had good access to the beach and to the pool. There was a good range of options regarding food which was nice.
