This newly renovated hotel in Wadi Musa provides a free shuttle to Petra Gate and its visitor’s centre, 1 km away. It also offers a sun terrace, 24-hour room service and free Wi-Fi access. Excellent location of the hotel, from which the entrance to Petra is only 1 kilometer away. The room was very clean with a big shower, and comfortable beds. Ammar is a great host, who provides us with clear instructions and helps us with transfer to and from Petra. He tried his best to make us feel at home during our stay in his hotel. The view from the roof during breakfast is a nice addition to delicious breakfast. In our opinion, this is a hotel for every recommendation, where the ratio of prices and quality of service is excellent, 10/10. Special thanks to Ammar and his father, who later drove us to Wadi Rum.

Located in Dana, 27 km from Shobak Castle, My Grandfather's House provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This is literally the house of waleed’s grandfather in the old village of Dana, which he renovated as a small hotel. The generosity and hospitality and warmth of the family is what makes it so special — I stayed only one night but left with so many wonderful memories. I speak some Arabic, so my particular experience may have been extra special—but I feel like anyone with a heart will feel at home. My day in Dana was honestly the highlight of my time in Jordan—not as flashy as Petra or wadi rum, but absolutely stunning and full of genuine and wonderful people. It is rustic — so if you really need a modern style hotel, this is not your place. But it was cozy and comfortable and warm and wonderful; what more could I hope for?

Situated within 21 km of Shobak Castle and 48 km of Little Petra Triclinium in Dana, Dana Sunset Eco Camp provides accommodation with seating area. The property has garden views. Loved our stay at Dana Sunset Eco camp. Saif is a fantastic host, made us feel very welcome and provided us with good advice on how to make the most of our time in the area around Dana. The dinner and breakfast were both filling and delicious. While Dana can be cold, we were provided with plenty of blankets to stay warm. A highlight of our trip to Jordan was watching the sunset at a viewpoint just 5 minutes walk from the camp. Highly recommend and would stay again.

An excellent base for visiting Petra. The hotel is new and modern, with all amenities one might expect. Beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms. Excellent communication from the reception team. They reached out to see if we have any special requests and they were happy to accommodate them. We would gladly stay at Petra Canyon Hotel should we visit Petra again.

Petra Elite Hotel features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Wadi Musa. The property is around 2.1 km from Petra, 4.9 km from Al Khazneh The Treasury and 7.2 km from Petra Church. Right from the beginning we were surprised by the warm welcome with Tea and sweets. In the room they sent us a plate with seasonal fruits. The room was spacious, very Clean and nice decorated. We ate there 3 times and meals were fresh and delicious. We had dinner at the roof top terrace with an amazing view. The staff was very kind and helpfull. The wi-fi was very good. Roomservice was helpful and the cleaning was on point. I highly and warmly recommend this hotel! Congratulations to the staff for making us feel very welcome and our stay be delightful. Situated within 2.3 km of Petra and 3.6 km of Al Khazneh The Treasury, Jordan Guest House offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Wadi Musa. One of the best guesthouses we’ve ever stayed at! With all the amenities, facilities and exceptional & accommodating service of Shadi(owner) and his staff Tina, Jessica and etc. We also got to meet several other friendly tourists including Leticia. Also Shadi upgraded our room to one with a very nice view overlooking Petra city center/downtown. Shadi also granted us late check out as we requested. Delicious dinner at extra minimal cost (15 JOD) and breakfast was tasty too. For our early morning trek to Petra after Shadi’s recommendations night before and as we can’t eat breakfast, Shadi and his team prepared lunch box for us with water, some fruits; dates, cereal bar, jam, cheese, honey & orange packed juice. Overall it was extremely fabulous guesthouse. Definitely recommended when in Petra!

Overall ambience, how big and comfortable the rooms were, and of course, being just down the road from Petra Visitors Center. Truly a boutique experience.

Situated 33 km from Shobak Castle, Ein lahda camp-site offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as barbecue facilities. The host Salman and his family were extremely kind and nice. He showed his cool photography equipment and spent some time with us. The view on the valley is beautiful.
