Boasting a spa bath, Iseya, Seaview Private Oceanside Bath is situated in Unzen. Great combo. The personal bath was great as well as the big bed. The outdoor onsen was also big and milk was available for purchase.

This a favourite of ours. The staff are exceptional and the view is the most amazing we have seen in Japan. If you are looking for a great Ryokan experience in Japan then you can’t go past this little gem.

This hotel was beautiful and the views of the ocean and mountain landscape were spectacular. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quick, and delicious and the drinks at the bar were well-made. I can not say enough nice things about this hotel. One of my favorite stays and Amila-san and Ryo-san were exceptional hosts.

Unzen Miyazaki Ryokan features a 1,650-square-meter Japanese garden, natural hot spring baths, free Wi-Fi, an on-site bar, cafe, souvenir shop and an exclusive lounge for... Spacious table-seating in the dining room, all tables having a view of the garden (really a park-like setting) and a menu that deserves an international rating at the highest levels, and that applies to both dinner (the landscape outside the glass wall is softly illuminated) and breakfast that offers Western coffee selections and the best of Japanese tea. We booked two nights and we were delightfully surprised to find that both the dinner and breakfast menus were varied. The wait staff and chefs paced the meal to our habits, and as English-speaking guests we never were challenged in communications.

Only a 3-minute walk from the historical Dejima Island, Hotel Belleview Nagasaki Dejima offers comfortable rooms featuring free Wi-Fi. Super close to bus stops and a big mall. Rooms were super clean, breakfast was spectacular, and the staff were really nice. I really enjoyed how there were different kinds of do not disturb signs and with the plus version they restocked everything and put it in a little gift bag outside your door. It was great!

Only 800 metres from JR Nagasaki Train Station, S Peria Hotel Nagasaki provides modern rooms with free wired internet and a flat-screen TV. Massage services are available. Very helpful people at reception. Especially one member of staff in particular who spoke excellent English. He was able to help us with changing our plans because of the typhoon in central Japan.
