Love everything, especially our in-room staff Mutsumi. She made tea for us and prepared us for dinner - made us feel so welcome. Dinner was the best I ever had in a hotel! We are lucky enough to see Fuji-san from our room considering it's summer. Private and public onsen are great also roof-top foot spa (get a really clear view of Fuji-san on the roof top). Breakfast buffet is perfect - alll you can drink matcha latte!! Location is great, we walked to Fuji-san rope way in the morning. Parking is free and just across the street.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. I did not have breakfast but everything else was perfect. Location is great compared to the price. Staffs are warm and helpful.

Very pretty location, excellent view of the sun rising over the mountains. Town is nice, easy to walk around. Room was cozy and clean. Host is friendly and kind.

They were incredibly welcoming, warm, and without a doubt the most kind and adorable people we’ve met in Japan so far. Their hospitality made us feel completely at home. Boasting garden views, 24 ORIYA Mt Fuji -鳴沢 NARUSAWA- provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 7.7 km from Lake Kawaguchi. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Plenty of room for our group of three. The kitchen is well equipped and we could prepare some simple meals. The house is located in a quiet residential area and in walking distance to a convenience store.

20 km from Fuji-Q Highland, Garden Shed is a recently renovated property located in Yamanakako and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and parking on-site. The most beautiful property I've ever stayed in. Truly gorgeous architecture, build quality, comfort, and hospitality. The absolute highlight of my trip. I would come back to Japan just to stay at this property again. Felt like home. Or what home could be.
