They have a private tuk tuk driver who is a really nice and helpful person with good English knowledge. The owner is always around and asked several time if everything is alright. Really nice people there!

The staff is extremely helpful and efficient, everywhere I have dealt with them: at the reception, at the pool, at the restaurant, at the laundry. The pool is magnificent, the breakfast plentiful and varied.. I have only compliments to make. This hotel beat my expectations. I will return.

Everything was spotless and really comfortable. The staff are also amazing, as seems to be the case in all of Cambodia everyone is really friendly and helpful. I thought I’d left my headphones in the room when we checked out and the staff went above and beyond checking the room high and low and even calling me to let me know what was going on. It turns out I’d thrown them in the bottom of my bag in a hurry… but it just shows the kindness of people, I can’t thank them enough for being so helpful! Also, if you want a tour whilst you’re in Battambang then try and find Mr Dara. He’s the best tour guide we’ve had in SE Asia and he usually hangs around in the centre of town and outside the hotel.
