Lao Plaza Hotel has been welcoming guests since 1997 and is located in the heart of Vientiane, a city famous for its temples and monuments. The hotel is very modern, and it’s in a good location. We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pool. It was a great place to stay in Vientiane.

Situated right in the centre of Vientiane, ibis Vientiane Nam Phu features a comfortable accommodation with free WiFi in both the guestrooms and public areas. The location was great. There were a number of good places to eat and cafes nearby. I was able to walk to a few different Wats, the Presidential Palace, and the Night Market along the river. I definitely felt safe in the area. The staff was extremely friendly. They helped me store my luggage after I checked out before I could move into my apartment. Some of them spoke English, which was a helpful bonus. The breakfast was great. It was a mixture of western and Asian foods. The scrambled eggs and banana bread was delicious! And I tried strawberry juice for the first time, which will be a regular drink in my fridge from now on! I’ve stayed in an Ibis in another country before and the rooms at this one were exactly the same. I liked staying in a familiar hotel while in an unfamiliar country. The staff at this location was top notch! I definitely recommend this place.
