This hidden gem offers an unparalleled experience that seamlessly blends luxury, nature, and tranquility. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by warm and attentive staff members who made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated, featuring a harmonious mix of contemporary design and local influences. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtfully curated artwork. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The attentive waitstaff and inviting ambiance added to the overall dining experience. A big shoutout to Mara!!!! She´s the most helpfull concierge I´ve seen in Tulum. I can't wait to go back!

Ideally situated in Playa del Carmen, IPANA Luxury Apartments by Vacaciones.Yeah features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. Amazing place to stay. Great apartment - modern, clean, comfortable. The amenities were second to none, 4 rooftop pools, gym, spa and two bars. We felt very fancy when staying here. The staff were kind and helpful and the location was perfect for exploring playa del Carmen

Situated just 5.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Lumina at LOSANTOS Tulum offers accommodation in Tulum with access to pool with a view, a fitness centre, as well as full-day security. This little apartment completely surpassed our expectations. It did take a little bit to find since there isn't a sign saying the property name but once you're there its all excellent from there. The property manager, Steph was available to guide us over WhatsApp and very lovely to speak with. There is a self check in which is very easy. The apartment itself was very clean and felt like home the way it is done up. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all basic needs including coffee. The location is also super convenient, where it feels tucked away but is still very close to the main Tulum road. There are a lot of small restaurants nearby as well. Big bonus the property is inside a gated community so its very secure and there is free parking as well. 10/10 for this one

Beautiful resort, great food and amazing staff! Noe and Louis at the pool bar were excellent! Spa was incredible! We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

Set in Playa del Carmen, just 200 metres from Playa del Carmen Beach, Mareazul Beach Front Condos At playa del Carmen offers beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, pool with a view, a... Lovely property with multiple pools, tennis & padel courts, and a kid's trampoline/play area with a slide. The beach was clean with soft sand, and located just a couple minutes walk from the pool. The gated property has security 24/7 at the front gate, as well as during the day at the beach (staff also provide lounge chairs). Overall, an excellent experience and we will return later in the year. Next time we will have a car for the entire trip to be less reliant on taxis / private transfers.

Located 3.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Kimpton - Aluna Tulum provides rooms with air conditioning in Tulum. We liked everything about our stay at the Kimpton Aluna in Tulum. The staff were excellent, always very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet and the meals we had in both restaurants. All the food served was delicious and high quality. The Social Hour was great and very social, we met and chatted with many of the other guests. Call out to the concierge Eduardo, he gave us many great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants for dinner and beach clubs. It's a wonderful property, well kept, with great pools and lovely spacious rooms.

Tulsayab is a luxury condo development located in Tankah Bay, Tulum. Offers 6 independent beachfront apartments with private beach and outdoor pool. The apartment, location, and service were amazing. The main photograph doesn't do it justice because it isn't taken in the sun. We had three balconies and a sea view, and we could sunbathe by the pool or on the private beach. There are canoes and snorkeling equipment to use free of charge, hammocks, a little shop a short walk away, and even Casa Cenotes a ten or fifteen minute walk. We messaged for help when we dropped a bracelet on the balcony between the panels and they were with us within 5 minutes and got it back.

The hacienda is beautiful, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, the towels are fluffy and smell delicious, the internet works, it has a kitchenette, it’s next door to all the X parks.
