We spent 4 days at Wildlife Planet and we definitely hope to be back one day. Lovely to walk around the area, tranquil place if you want to relax with spacious outdoor areas to do so, great food & very close to the National Park Entrance. Baba and all the guides' passion for wildlife and conservation were heartwarming to observe and admire. They definitely try their best to show you the wild, without being invasive to the wildlife and always respectful. Best wildlife experiences ever 😁! Also, appreciated the ecofriendliness not only in name; packed lunch during tours with no plastic and reusable stuff, refillable water available & encouraged. I hope the whole area remains this sustainable for years to come.

Mr. B's Place has free bikes, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Bhurkīā. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. This place is family-run. The location is perfect, and while the facilities are basic, they include everything you need. We stayed in a small traditional cottage overlooking the beautiful flower garden. Waking up in this environment is incredibly peaceful. There’s also a small restaurant, with a menu that offers a subtle nod to European cuisine. Mr. B is retired, but still very involved with the guests. His sons Bibek and Bibesh, along with Loken, are experienced guides who take you on safari. They show great respect for the jungle and all the animals that live there. Because everything is freshly prepared, it can sometimes take a little while for your meal to be served. I definitely shouldn’t forget Bibek’s wife—on the days we weren’t on safari, she took great care of us. Everyone here is warm, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile for you. During the time we were there, spotting tigers, elephants, and rhinos was a real possibility. All in all, this place is truly a hidden gem—and one thing’s for sure: we’ll definitely be coming back here again.

Very comfortable wonderful lodge. It is an ‘institution’ in the safari sector of Nepal and deservedly so. The management (BC), staff and guides (Bhim in particular) are all incredible, nothing is too much trouble.
