Alps Motel & Apartments provides air-conditioned rooms in Twizel. All rooms feature a kitchenette, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom. We loved our stay at the Alps Motel & Apartments. The room was spacious and with all amenities , its also walking distance to the Twizel town centre which has supermarkets, playground for kids & restaurants. We chose to make Twizel our base to travel to Mt.Cook for trails . The property also has good parking space. The rooms were super clean. Would highly recommend this property in the beautiful town of Twizel

Set in Lake Tekapo, within 46 km of Mt. Dobson, The Quarters Unit 2 - Lake Tekapo offers accommodation with air conditioning. The property has lake views. No breakfast included, but we travel with our own breakfast and coffee machine anyway. During our stay, the wind howled pretty-much the whole time. Accommodation was superb. Loved the architecture, and all details.

Located 46 km from Mt. Dobson, Tekapo Luxury Apartments offers 5-star accommodation in Lake Tekapo and features a garden. We loved the location ,the comfortable beds and having a washer and dryer. The layout worked well, the view was lovely and it was a wonderful place for our family of 4 adults to use as a base for our excursions and to chill out. We would love to come back.

Featuring mountain views, Amore Tekapo features accommodation with patio, around 45 km from Mt. Dobson. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. We stayed here as part of a huge road trip, and if we could have lugged this apartment round with us I would have. It was absolutely perfect. We had 3 rooms, 2 of which were ensuite and one which had a disabled bathroom accessible from the hall. There is a very spacious kitchen/dining/seating area which is light and clean and very comfortable. Everything you need is provided, even tea and coffee making items, also a washing machine. It’s a bit of a hike up a hill from the lake but we had a mobility scooter with us to slow us down, I don’t think we would have even registered the walk otherwise.

The lodge is easy to locate and quiet, the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with wide open views. There was a warm welcome from Mary. The do_it_yourself breakfast spread was great with cooking facilities if you want to make an evening meal, too.
