And if you needed anything, the genuinly friendly staff is there to help. We were greeted by Issa, who is very welcoming and shows great hospitality. A must do if you consider exploring the desert.

Located in Bidiyah, Star line for Desert Camping provides accommodation with a public bath and an open-air bath. We had a relaxing stay in a comfortable spacious tent. The welcome was very fun and this theme continued for our trip, with an authentic dinner and singing around a campfire under the stars. The views here are incredible, with an amazing sunset. Sultan was a really great guide and driver, we did activities including dune bashing with him which was very fun. We also visited a nearby village, stopping for Arabic coffee and cake and were able to purchase local handmade souvenirs. There are many activities to do on the dunes and camels in the camp. The hosts are truly accommodating and Sultan was very helpful with all our needs. I would definitely return again given the chance, thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Monsoon Chalet - شاليه المونسون is situated in Junayz al Janūbī. spacious, well-equipped, well-maintained chalet. Clean pool, children's play area. Very quiet and close to the turtle reserve.

AL hawiyah camp is situated in Ḩawīyah and has a heated pool and inner courtyard views. All was excellent. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The food delicious and plenty. The era was beautiful. If you have normal car you can park in the village and they transfer you to the camp with small fee.

Next to the water, I booked the room with water view, it’s big and nice view 2. Wifi works and plenty of parking. Pool is nice to cool off and there is a sauna 3. The BBQ restaurant next to the hotel is good and reasonable

Sama Al Wasil Desert Camp is located in Shāhiq and offers a restaurant buffet. It includes table tennis and darts. The accommodation will provide you with a seating area. Amazing spot. Lovely set up and great for our family of 4. Food was great- I'm not sure why some people in the reviews are complaining. It's easy enough to get to from the highway- let tyres down at the tyre repair shop on the sliproad before entering Al Wasil township and keep going. The climb up the dunes behind the camp was great- took about 10mins max to get to the top and we did it a few times to get the 4yo to burn off energy. The outdoor movies were great too- one children's movie at 6pm and an adult selection at 8pm. We also did the camel ride and a 4WD up the dunes so we could take our 10mo up with us. It was all fantastic. The 4yo is still talking about how he misses the desert

The Best Western Sur is located in the picturesque city of Sur, famous as an old fishing village and traditional manufacturer of dhows. Stuff was super helpful, helped with the late checkout as well, breakfast was great, room was spacious, bed was comfy.highly recommend

Arabian Nights Resort & Spa features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a terrace and bar in Shāhiq. The resort offers both free WiFi and free private parking. A really nice resort in the desert. The food is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The pool is great for refreshing dip. We drove there ourselves, it is not hard to find or drive through the desert, the only thing is you have to know how much to deflate the tires. It is useful to have a portable air compressor.

Located in Ibrā, فندق المستقبل للشقق الفندقية ALMUSTAQBAL HOTEL Apartments features a shared lounge. The property features mountain and city views. It was a wonderful stay in hotel in Ibra! The appartment was very big, spacious and very nice. Everything was comfortable and when you asked about something or requested something the manager of the hotel, Abdu Samad, immediately reacts or sends someone to help you. And for him everything was - no problem. I loved it! Very chilling atmosphere! This is what I like. Nobody will disturb you, when you want they helped you, but you have there your freedom and their support, when you need it.

Perfect location right between awesome sand dunes. Exceptionally friendly and helpfull staff! Other guests were very nice. The atmosphere is relaxed, pleasant and private. Tea and coffee making facilities are available on demand. They make buffet for dinner, the variety of choice is really good for a desert, but sometimes some food was too salty or spicy. Fresh fruits and arabian coffee with dates were available along the day at reception. The dinner is late, after 8 pm, but you can have tea with sweets at the fireplace and chill after sunset. Breakfast starts after 8: english breakfast, fruits, hummus, cereals. There is a kids' playground and toys for playing in sand and toy car. Our toddler was absolutely happy and enjoyed every minute of our stay. This place can be easily accessed by a small sedan (Hundai Accent). Follow the hotels' instruction, don't believe google navigator.
