The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. They really made our experience feel special, especially with those delightful little treats they left in our room – what a sweet surprise! We absolutely adored Cha Cha’s restaurant and couldn’t resist going back for more delicious meals. Breakfast was a breeze with so many options available, so everyone found something they liked. Plus, the airport transportation was a fantastic perk that made our journey super convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Exceptional service, very friendly staff. The hotel staff made our stay with a small baby very pleasant and comfortable providing all essentials such as baby cot, bottle steriliser and baby bath. The room was made up every day. Beautiful and peaceful location.

Located on the shores of Boracay Beach, The District Boracay features 3 dining options, an outdoor pool, a 24-hr front desk, and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. The breakfast was good. Good choices and the staff really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent only problem there was an alley you had to walk through which was not at all pleasant. When it rained it flooded. The staff were friendly polite and very willing to help. They had a guy outside selling trips who was extremely pleasant and not at all pushy

Although the amenities and facilities of the hotel were excellent, what really stood out was the quality of service they offered for the guests. They offer a complimentary foot wash (with light scrub) upon arrival but could also be requested at another time if you wish. My partner and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and there was an anniversary cake waiting for us at the room when we arrived. The room was huge with a private jacuzzi at the second floor terrace. There was also some free sweet/dessert treats every evening delivered to our room. It was my partner's first visit to the Philippines and Boracay and he was very impressed. Thanks to the team!
