ALL Staff were courteous , always greets guests consistently. They even go out of their way to ask if you need assistance or how was your stay. You can borrow plates and utensils and reheat food you have ordered with them. Minibar supply provided is free, the only time you need to pay is when already consumed the initially provided. ( 3 cans of fruit juices, 2 cans of beer, 2 peanut kisses). Water is free althroughout. Very calm and relaxing place. Perfect for those who wanted to unwind and wanted a quiet place to stay. Food was ok. Amenties were good. There are activities that will make your stay enjoyable. NVR transfers and tour partner is great. They were welcoming and very polite during our tour. Our room has a great view of the ocean. Pool was clean. Overall its the best hotel we have stayed in even compared to other 5 star hotels in Manila and resort Cebu hotels we have tried.

We had a really great time at Bella Napoli Resort. The staff is adorable, super kind and helpful. The pool is nice, the little garden is beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious. It's a perfect place if you look for something cosy, warm and quiet, whether you're in couple or with kids. The resort is a bit away from the beaches and urban facilities but it provides a free airport shuttle service, and then you have plenty of transportation options to explore Panglao and Bohol. There's also good basic restauration on site.

The service and staff were ON POINT! Best customer service I’ve had by far. They approach you, you don’t have to call them. They refill your water without you asking them. This shows they’re attentive and eyes are on their guests. They’re very friendly and accommodating. The food is surprisingly good, too! I usually don’t expect hotel food to be good but they had a good selection with strong flavors.

Located 4.1 km from Fort San Pedro, Fili Hotel at Nustar Cebu offers 5-star accommodation in Cebu City and features a bar. Services were superb, and the facilities and stores available nearby were great. Also, staffs were amazing! When I unfortunately left my things in the fridge and realized late - I was at the airport checked in already, the staffs were very kind enough and assisted us in transporting the items to the airport as quickly as possible. Kudos to the kind team.

There’s a private beach and infinity pool. You don’t really need to leave the resort. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. We also enjoyed a massage and it was one of the best.
