The hotel is very modern and in a lovely area, with a big area next door with plenty of restaurants available. Theyngive a free shuttle to the beach and the Old Town. Food and drinks at the WXYZ bar was lovely as well. They gave discount vouchers to use as well.

The space was extremely clean and had helpful items such as towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, and more! We rented a car so it was nice to have a driveway. The area felt safe, it is a gated community. We interacted with a few of the neighbors and they were all super kind and helpful with helping us find things to do. It is also a comfy apartment for a night in after a long day, the couch and bed were super comfortable. It is a gorgeous space in an ideal location.

Numero Uno Beach House features a sun terrace with free Wi-Fi throughout. It is located directly on Ocean Park Beach and 3 km from Condado Lagoon. The location is superb, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is extremely Friendly and helpful, clearly going out of their way to make you welcome. We spent two lovely weeks here and I want to thank everyone, especially Chris who made our stay unforgettable.

Excellent beer and wine at Ambrosia Fine Wines https://ambrosiafinefoods.net/ a block to the right as you head out the main entrance, at intersection of C. Martín Fernández. (It recently opened so it’s not on Google Maps.) It was an easy cheap Uber to the cruise port.
