The host (Cristian) was really attentive to small details that made this stay incredible. The apartment firstly was exceptionally clean and well decorated, and everything was fully stocked, even beers and water in the fridge! Also there was plenty of coffee.. sugar, snacks.. clean towels, extra bedding - we couldn’t believe how much pride and care went in to our stay nor how clean it was. Also, there was a desk for working which was great because I work from home, and new pencils / staples etc. Overall the best apartment stay I’ve ever been in, and due to my work, I have stayed in apartments all over the world. Kudos to Cristian. The other reviews really do speak for themselves. We were very sad to leave but very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here for a week.

Golden House is located 500 metres from the centre of Craiova and provides air-conditioned accommodation with stylish decorations, an à la carte restaurant and free WiFi in the entire property. Very roomy room and comfortable. Great breakfast. Wonderful, historic building, beautifully renovated across a charming little parc with mature trees.
