Breakfast was amazing with various dishes and beverages. The fact that the venue had parking was exceptional, as well as elevator in case you are bringing a lot of luggage. The staff was very pleasant and kind. Overall, if I happen to visit Baia Mare again, this would be my go-to location.

Diana was easily the most helpful customer service professional I’d ever had the pleasure of meeting, supporting us the whole way through organising our onward journey from the day we arrived and showing genuine care about our wellbeing. Everything else about our stay was also pretty great, but she really was outstanding and made a huge difference to our experience!

The location was perfect, it was easy to find and close to the Merry Cemetery. Literally, across the street. The place was lovely decorated, quiet and very comfortable. The staff was so very helpful. I checked in late and they waited for me, and every morning offered me coffee and asked if everything was to my satisfaction.
