The housekeeping team are exceptional, I really appreciated the pillow concierge as well. Honestly, I felt like we were royalty. We have 2 young children and they would run through making noise, I mean toddlers being toddlers. The staff were super friendly and always smiling at us. My daughter turned 5 on this trip and the exceptional housekeeping lady left us with a handwritten note wishing my daughter a happy birthday, and a fairmont little cuddly toy, Thank you Shwe Sin for making our stay that much more special.
