Two of the three rooms had their own bathroom, which worked well for us. I was travelling with my service dog, but the place is also pet-friendly. The house is set back from the main road, and it felt calm and quiet. The view of the temple in the hills at sunset was beautiful, and the outdoor terrace was a great place to relax. The weather was much milder than in Bangkok or Chiang Mai, which was a big plus for me. One of the unexpected highlights was the group of local street dogs — they were gentle and very respectful of the boundaries my dog and I set on the first day. If you don’t like dogs, you can just ignore them. But for an animal lover like me, engaging with them was a real joy. Walking through the neighbourhood with my dog while being followed closely by 12 others felt like being part of a peaceful pack. Communication with the host was smooth and fast throughout. The location is only about 30 minutes from Khao Yai National Park, and the neighbours were also very polite. I would absolutely stay here again — it offered independence, peace, and a touch of community.

The apartment is great. Super comfortable bed, great water power. Amazing host who had some really great recommendations and was always ready to help when we needed it. We loved our stay. Definitely recommend the place, especially if you want convenient access to the national park.

The entire property is designed to look like an English/European mini neighbourhood with a small lake, park and even gazebo. One apartment unit by itself is huge and can accommodate big families. Super clean, basic accommodaties provided like cooking + serve wares, even cleaning tools & toilet neccessities (except toothbrush, toothpaste, facial wash). So refreshing to step out to the balcony and see the park that connects all the other apartments. They also have a working space in the common area for those seeking room to do work. Despite the bad reviews on WiFi, it seems to be working well during my stay!
