Special mention to Mark, from the reception team, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, keeping us informed of every detail of hotel amenities and perks. His personalized service and attention to detail truly made a difference from check in to check out. The room was impeccably clean and luxuriously comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Amazing staff that did whatever they could. Special thanks to Mister Nan, the super friendly bellboy that helped and directed and gave excellent tips during the stay at Ascott. The rooftop however needs a bit of a retouch. I liked the fact that they have solutions to smokers.
