The food is really tasty and amazing, great and big variety of selected Turkish and international food that we are never been hungry. Great welcome by Ayhan and Kadir at The Beach 15 from the Ramira Joy Hotel as well who will take care of you with a smile and great customer service at the beach . Honestly, really nothing to said because it was just the perfect holidays. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, speaking both English and Russian, and provide a truly high level of service. The food is excellent and of very high quality. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of thoughtfully arranged activities for children. Everything is well-designed to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium vacation experience at a still relatively affordable price.

The hotel has 4 stars, but surpasses many 5-star hotels. Stylish, every detail is thought out. Amazing, varied food for every taste. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, with a cozy balcony/terrace and very comfortable beds. The staff knows their job well. There are always free sunbeds, because the hotel does not allow them to be reserved, and this is a very good decision. We really appreciated the peace when there is no music playing all day or shouting animators by the pool or on the beach. In the evenings we enjoyed different live bands. It was a real rest for body and soul, we will definitely come back in the near future. We highly recommend Balmy Beach Resort!
