We had visited the theme park in the summer and decided never to go back but this level of service and attention to detail changed our mind. It was perfect in every aspect, the food was delicious and different selection was served every day. The room had a beautiful sea view. The staff was amazing, super friendly and helped us with all our needs. I asked the staff to help me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and they got us a cake, a wine bottle, flowers, fruits and even a personalized card! The beach, the pool side, the night shows, literally everything was perfect and made with the utmost attention to detail. We were sad to leave and can’t wait for our return to Megasaray Westbeach!

Situated on Lara Beach, this spa resort boasts an elegant landscaped pool area with palm trees and waterslides. I liked the hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, large with beautiful pools. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would especially praise Mr. Almaz for his guest relations, the waiters in the lobby bar, the waiters at the night snack and the lifeguards at the children's pool. What I liked the most was the beach with sun loungers, the pier, the sauna in the spa, the heated children's pool with slides.
