The Cloud Hotel is situated just a 3-minute walk from Zhubei Train Station. It features free Wi-Fi access and complimentary private parking. Some of its rooms come with a massage chair and a spa bath.... I was pleased and surprised by the huge buffet breakfast, of mixed cuisines (mostly Asian) and everything I tasted was delicious. The breakfast room is big and comfortable with lots of natural light. Free laundry room was nice. I liked the location for proximity to the regular train station (not high speed rail one) Also some tour buses leave from the rail station parking lot, which is across the street.

So you could enjoy a lot of foods there.
