Highly recommended! This room is the only hotel I stayed in that has real* soundproofing, I did not hear any noise during check-in/check-out time from our room. During the 3-night stay, We partied hard and did not wake up in the morning due to any unpleasant noise. Awesome service and environment. Japanese-style public bath, and the view from the public bath and our room were nice! Also, the guests were very nice :) it was awesome! we will be back next time.

Pie, the receptionist, was very accommodating. She assisted me in securing a lower bed due to my foot injury. Upon checkout, I realized I had left some items in the room. P went the extra mile to ensure all my belongings were returned to me, and I was able to recover everything. I highly recommend this hotel — it has a great location and offers excellent value for money.

Set in the hippest east area of Taipei, Star Hostel Taipei East has transformed from an old residential house to modern Eco-friendly accommodation hosting travellers worldwide. The property was super clean, tidy and clear on where everything is. I felt comfortable right away which is not always the case when I travel. They helped me with a late check in and directions were well communicated. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is near a lot of bigger store shopping.

Just 5 minutes' walk from Songjang Nanjing MRT Station, Evergreen Laurel Hotel features rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV. The staff’s customer service is extraordinary — from the front desk tram to the bellhoppers. They were kind, hospitable and extremely helpful — made us feel like VIPS. I also had the best sleep in my trip in this hotel — loved the mattress and the sheets. This hotel is also centrally located, close to a metro station and close to the things we wanted to see and experience in Taipei.
